Start your community
In the WITHIN app. Once WITHIN approves it, you can run free events straight away.

Connect your bank
Stripe checks who you are and pays you out. About five minutes, and WITHIN never sees your bank details.

Sell tickets
Make the event, set prices, share the link, and paste it into the event in the app for a Get tickets button. Scan tickets at the door on any phone.

What the organiser pays on one ticket bought with a Canadian card, from each company’s own pricing on 28 September 2026. Ticket Tailor gives charities 50% off. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ on any card payment. WITHIN adds 49¢ per paid ticket and gives it back, in proportion, when you refund. No monthly fee.
Paid into your own bank
Every sale goes straight to your group’s Stripe account. WITHIN never holds your money.
Free events cost nothing
No fee on a free ticket, ever. Retreats, youth nights and dinners that charge nothing pay nothing.
QR tickets and a door scanner
Tickets arrive by email and in the app. Volunteers scan them on any phone, and nobody gets in twice.
Questions at checkout
Ask for T-shirt sizes, allergies or an emergency contact, once per order or for every ticket.
Refunds a ticket at a time
Refund one ticket from a family booking without cancelling the rest. The QR stops working at once.
Cash at the door
Take cash at the door and issue the ticket on the spot. It counts toward capacity like any other.

Questions
Do buyers need the app?
No. Anyone can buy from a link in a browser. Tickets arrive by email, and anyone with the app finds them there too. An organiser can choose to have buyers sign in first, so every ticket is kept in an account.
Who holds the money?
Your group does. Sales are charged on your own Stripe account and paid out to your bank. WITHIN’s 49¢ is taken at the moment of sale, and refunds and chargebacks stay with your account.
What does a free event cost?
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no fee on free tickets.
We already have a Stripe account. Can we use it?
Yes. You can sign in with your existing Stripe login when you set up payouts.
